Well, I'd love to help out but I keep my head shaved more often than not. The only tool I use to beat humidity is deodorant!
I use Aussie Instant Freeze. It's the only hair spray I've used for years and I swear by it. After I fix my hair, I spray this on it, and my hairstyle stays all day. My hair is straight and limp and will lose it's curl and go flat if I don't use this. I don't usually have a problem with frizz, but even in the rain or on windy days, my hair doesn't flop on me!
What do I do, pull it back into a ponytail and forget it!! lol

Three steps - condition, blow-dry & spray. But that's of course, after you wash your hair. Whatever products you use is up to you.
I guess I should amend my answer-the product I use is a Goody ouchless ponytail holder. ;)
